How do we work?

We work as an advisor to you and your leadership team, helping you implement the FPE system.

Our FPE audit takes place over the course of 2-3 weeks and provides a summary analysis of your entire business to help you understand how the following key financial levers work together to impact profitability:

At the end of the audit, you’ll receive a binder with an implementation plan that details A) what actions to take, B) how we believe those actions will impact your bottom line, and C) the cost of implementing them. 

Upon delivery of the plan, you’re free to roll out the plan yourself, or get our help to implement it.

Either way, you’re left with a blueprint for increasing your cash flow, time, and growth rate.
